An unusual platformer

You can barely move left and right, you can't jump, you can't move in air. However, you have an extremely useful hookshot. Use it to pull yourself to hooks at huge speeds and fling yourself across rooms.

Extremely difficult to master

Learn all the quirks of how your hookshot works – even those that seem unintended, or reserved for speedrunners – stopping in midair when you shoot one, choosing where you fling when you're inside a loop, changing the direction of your chain to avoid walls... You will feel like a true master once you complete this game.

A strange purpose

As you discover who brought the protagonist to existence in this world and the strange connection between it and you, you will start to question the nature of our universe and our multiverse, and what the significance of it all is. Who knows, maybe you'll come to know God a bit better in the process, too.

Additional challenges

In addition to the in-built speedrun timer to encourage replayability, there are special rifts to find and collect in each level, as well as movement tracking (try beating a level without moving with the arrow keys at all!) and a game speed slider, which can be used to make the game easier, or harder!

Coming 2028ish

I have no idea how long this game will take to make. I'm currently planning 8 levels and some extra lore areas with no gameplay. I'm thinking of a price of $10.
